Mathew Chacko
Mathew has over 18 years of experience in IT service delivery functions at various levels. An engineering graduate from University of Madras, he started his career with HCL as a customer support engineer and then leveled up for heading the support services for "HCL Frontline", one of the group companies of HCL, for 9 years. An ITSM certified professional, he manages the services delivery operation of the group, which is modeled as per ITSM Process. As a Founder Director he is responsible for the technology initiatives and is instrumental in devising, implementing and managing the support operations of the group.
V Murali
Murali has over two decades of experience in handling sales operations. A commerce graduate from Madras University, he started his career in the health care industry and moved to IT industry during the late eighties. He was with HCL for 7 years, during which he handled sales assignments. He was instrumental in revamping the whole channel network of HCL in South India. He was involved in a business process exercise at HCL in West as Divisional Manager before starting up Precision Group in 1996. As a Founder Director he handles marketing and business development activities.
T G Ramesh
Ramesh has over 20 years of experience in managing finance and back-end operations. A commerce graduate from University of Madras. TGR has held various positions in financial management over the past. He joined HCL in 1988 and was heading the finance and commercial operations. He moved on to start Precision Group in 1996. He is the brainchild behind the finance management practices for the group and spearheads the financial and commercial activities of the group.
Balaji Subramanian
Balaji has over 16 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Project Management and Implementation Consulting. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He has held Business Development / Sales in the US, UK and Asia-Pacific regions. He was instrumental in setting up the Microsoft Dynamics (ERP) division at Precision. His strength is in Business Consulting, as a Director and CEO he drives the Operations of Precision Techconet with specific focus on Consulting through the ERP and ITIL practice and mining software development opportunities.
